Financial Operations Manager
The Bookkeeper will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial records using accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, or Intacct to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare timely and insightful financial reports for management review to inform strategic decisions.
- Reconcile bank statements and verify the accuracy of financial transactions to prevent errors.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic financial initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles with a strong track record of success.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with expertise in data analysis and visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
