Job Summary

We are looking for a Korean Language Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in providing support in multiple varieties of customer service requests on social media platforms in the Korean language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with customers through effective communication
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A college undergraduate or graduate degree from any Bachelor's program
  • A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken Korean language
  • Good English-speaking skills with 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, Google+ etc.)
  • A willingness to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule
