This is a chance to excel in the field of US tax preparation by delivering exceptional support and expertise to clients on premium services related to federal and state income tax returns.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Interacting with clients to obtain and review tax information, prepare accurate tax returns, and conduct in-depth research projects to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensuring clients comply with IRS regulations and minimize their tax liabilities.
  • Reviewing client financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant records to guarantee accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Collaborating closely with senior tax professionals to deliver premium services that meet the highest standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • English C1 level or higher required (our primary working language)
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Prioritization and time management essential for this role, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Engaging in 1-on-1 calls with clients in English mandatory

Assets:

  • English C1+ level advantageous
  • Enrolled agent certification beneficial
  • Familiarity with tax preparation software and applications a plus
  • Experience working with web applications can be an asset
