Neksjob Corporation seeks a highly skilled Trainer to facilitate BFSI training for employees on all aspects of client projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing curriculum to support classroom training and alternative training methods.

You will provide feedback on existing curriculum to improve training outcomes and develop non-classroom communication and training materials. Your analytical skills will enable you to assess course materials and learner information, ensuring preparation of the instructional site.

We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain instructor credibility, manage the learning environment, and demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills. You will also respond appropriately to learners' needs for clarification or feedback and provide positive reinforcement and motivational incentives.

The ideal candidate will have strong BFSI experience, be highly self-motivated, and able to work well with little or no supervision. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership skills, and strong time-management and organizing skills.

A minimum of 1 year adult education experience is required, as well as strong facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to assess and provide feedback. Experience in call centers, preferably with outbound and inbound experience, is preferred. Additionally, a college degree from a reputable institution is required, and flexibility to work night shifts and travel is a plus.
