Job Description:

Neksjob Corporation is seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality training programs for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training curricula to support classroom and alternative training methods.
  • Provide feedback on existing curriculum to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness.
  • Create non-classroom communication and training materials to enhance the learning experience.
  • Analyze course materials and learner information to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate learner performance and delivery of instruction to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to address employee performance gaps and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Participate in client interaction to gather feedback and insights on training effectiveness.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have:
  • A minimum of 1 year adult education experience.
  • Strong BFSI experience and knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Excellent time-management and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • The capacity to adapt and change to various roles and responsibilities, with a willingness to travel and work flexible schedules.
