Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Expert to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing including pre and post-payroll audits for European and APAC countries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and upload payment files, perform a high level of payroll reports validation including peer, and initiate net payment transfer.
  • Review of HR changes, including validation of new hires, terminations, rate changes, One Time Payments, and direct deposit data.
  • Contact/respond to employee queries via emails or walkups within 24 hours.
  • Ensure all statutory reports are generated, reconciled, audited, and submitted on time.
  • Collaborate with upstream partners on projects impacting pay.
  • Contributing member of several process improvement projects including documenting processes.
