Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable CoordinatorAs an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the billing and collections process. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely payments from customers, maintaining accurate records, and fostering strong internal and external communication.The primary responsibilities of this role include:
  • Maintaining and updating customer records, including contact changes, mergers, and billing information.
  • Drafting and sending collection correspondence for past-due accounts and initiating follow-up with delinquent customers.
  • Identifying and monitoring overdue accounts, generating aging reports, and supporting collection strategies.
  • Resolving customer payment discrepancies and addressing billing issues in collaboration with the AR Manager and Customer Service team.
  • Working closely with the Staff Accountant to reconcile AR accounts at least twice monthly.
  • Preparing ad hoc reports on account status as requested by management.
  • Ensuring accurate filing, documentation, and retrieval of AR-related materials.
  • Communicating account changes and payment updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Performing additional finance or administrative tasks as assigned.
This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience using ERP/accounting systems is preferred but not necessary.   • A degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting functions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks.
