About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team at StackPh GDV Business Services. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist customers with concerns, complaints, returns, upgrades, and purchases via various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • To provide guidance and technical support to customers in different settings, including home, office, or call centers.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or at least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum) is welcome.
  • At least 1 year of experience in travel account management.
  • Good to excellent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to start immediately.
