We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer Leader to join our team, who will be responsible for managing our construction business and contributing to the growth of our company.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with experience in leading teams of engineers and technicians. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the construction of large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project and Asana.
