Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop test strategies that consider product risks and customer needs.
  • Prioritize test coverage logically and consistently.

Manual & Exploratory Testing:

  • Test case management and execution.
  • Analyse requirements, business risks, and edge cases.

Technical Testing & Tools Proficiency:

  • Strong knowledge of web debugging tools and proxy tools.
  • Database data and query analysis for deeper issue investigation.
  • API testing and logs analysis.

Self-Sufficiency & Decision-Making:

  • Strong independent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to ask the right questions to refine assumptions.
  • Proactively identify gaps and propose solutions.

Process Improvement & Collaboration:

  • Effectively manage test cases and improve test management processes.
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure high-quality releases.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in software testing.
  • Theoretical knowledge of QA methodologies and test design techniques.
  • Ability to self-organize, think critically, and prioritize testing efforts.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with test automation and scripting.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools.
  • Exposure to cloud environments and testing in distributed systems.
