Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Blended Contact Centre Agent to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including chat, email, and voice.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services, using your knowledge and skills to resolve complex customer queries.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end customer service, preferably in a blended contact centre environment.
- 1-2 years of work experience in AU/US/NZ Retail campaigns is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously (minimum 4 concurrencies).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Possess passion for delivering positive customer experiences.
- Able to use proprietary software systems and adapt to new technology quickly.
- Experience in handling US Voice accounts is an asset.
- Proficiency in using Zendesk is a plus.
