Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging non-classroom communication and training materials.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of New Hire, Progression & Enhancement Training activities.
  • Promote effective curriculum feedback and participate in minor client interactions.
  • Serve as a supervisor for agents during their training period.
  • Evaluate participant and class performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required by supervisors or managers.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Trainer in Healthcare programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability in classroom leadership, management, and organization.
  • Experience working in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) settings.
