Job Title: Spatial Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Spatial Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals that bring interior and exterior architectural projects to life.

About the Role:
  • Create high-quality, realistic visuals for interior and exterior architectural projects using industry-leading software.
  • Develop accurate 3D models of furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements.
  • Collaborate closely with our design team to ensure design intent is accurately represented in all visualizations.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and rendering engines (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.).
  • Strong modeling skills with a portfolio showcasing furniture and fixture design expertise.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A keen sense of spatial awareness, composition, lighting, and texture.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results efficiently.
