About the Role

As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually compelling designs across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have experience working with digital marketing platforms and design best practices for web and mobile.

Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Design: Develop engaging marketing materials to support campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events.
  • Digital Design: Create digital assets including website graphics, banner ads, email templates, and digital presentations.
  • Social Media Design: Design eye-catching and platform-optimized graphics for social media platforms.
  • Printable & Traditional Design: Design brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, signage, and other printed materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across all design work to ensure a consistent look and feel.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and execute design concepts.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently with attention to detail.

Competencies and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or similar tools is necessary.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and design best practices for web and mobile is essential.
  • A solid understanding of print production processes and file preparation is also required.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital, social media, and print design work is expected.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing.
