Visual Communications Specialist

This role is perfect for a creative and analytical individual who can drive engagement and conversions through captivating designs. As a Performance Ad Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing ads that capture audiences' attention while driving key performance metrics.
In this position, you will work closely with creative strategists and marketers to develop innovative, attention-grabbing designs tailored for paid media campaigns. Your goal will be to conceptualize visuals based on requirements and creative briefs, ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with design principles.
Key responsibilities include analyzing creative proposals and briefs, determining creative requirements, and gathering missing information from stakeholders. You will also prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders, design impactful static and motion ads optimized for paid media platforms, and continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data to maximize ad effectiveness.
Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with platform trends, design standards, and creative best practices for performance advertising. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with collaboration tools like Monday.com, Notion, Figma, and Frame.io would be ideal
- A deep understanding of how design choices impact ad performance, including knowledge of metrics and testing methodologies
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with strategists, marketers, and other creatives. They will be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
