Job Opportunity: Consumer Advocacy Role

The key responsibility of the Consumer Advocacy Representative is to serve as the primary point of contact for consumers through telephone communication.

  • Ensure consumer security and privacy by verifying authentication during all interactions.
  • Facilitate dispute resolution processes for consumers regarding all products.
  • Conduct thorough research to validate the accuracy and legitimacy of dispute requests.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide educational support to consumers on relevant reports, claim information, and reason codes.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent with at least 2 years of completed studies.
  • Prior experience in the US Insurance industry is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of call center experience is mandatory, with a plus for handling escalated customer issues.
Preferred Skills:
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Motivated individual with a positive attitude.
  • Analytical ability to quickly grasp process and product specifics, as well as adapt to changing processes and tasks.
