Customer Service Advocate

The key responsibility of the Consumer Advocacy Representative is to serve as the primary point of contact for consumers through telephone communication.
- Ensure consumer security and privacy by verifying authentication during all interactions.
- Facilitate dispute resolution processes for consumers regarding all products.
- Conduct thorough research to validate the accuracy and legitimacy of dispute requests.
- Provide educational support to consumers on relevant reports, claim information, and reason codes.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent with at least 2 years of completed studies.
- Prior experience in the US Insurance industry is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of call center experience is mandatory, with a plus for handling escalated customer issues.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills.
- Motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- Analytical ability to quickly grasp process and product specifics, as well as adapt to changing processes and tasks.
