This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Territory Consumer Lead (TCL). As a TCL, you will be responsible for driving the business growth of your assigned territory through consumer acquisition and retention.
You will need to develop short- and long-term strategies and programs that address the challenges and opportunities in your assigned territory. This includes analyzing external and internal data, conquering tools champion, competitive analysis, budget monitoring, and creating internal documents such as contracts, project briefs, weekly reports, closure reports, and presentations during business reviews.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Campaign/Program Development:
Review and understand all relevant information within your assigned territories through data understanding, competitive review, field work, and insighting to identify challenges and opportunities. Develop appropriate short-term and long-term strategic action plans for JTI brands within your territories to enable business growth. - Leading Implementation:
Develop campaign/program mechanics, spiel, and lead in briefing to field sales to guide them in the proper execution of programs across targeted trade partners and outlets consistent with program objectives, timelines, allocations, and company protocols. - Program Evaluation:
Perform regular surveys on campaign/program execution to ensure compliance with standards/intended trade impact. Immediately resolve or address any challenges, including immediate escalation. - Territory Leadership:
Support Brand and Field Marketing on Product Launches by building robust bottom-up launch campaigns that include pipeline volumes and distribution partnering M&S stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably of a Marketing/Business/Communications-related course.
- At least 2 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing. Field experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino. Other local dialect is an advantage).
- Good understanding of digital tools, including usage of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Data Gathering, insighting, and analysis and be able to propose actionable solutions.
- Strategy and plan formulation.
- Problem Solving.
- Project Management and monitoring.
- Budget Management.
- Drivers' license (B1 or higher). We have a program to support qualified women who do not hold a drivers' license.
