  • Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials needed for SEC filings.
  • Monitor progress of compliance-related tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with SEC filings, regulations, or compliance requirements is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, reporting standards, and compliance processes.
  • Previous administrative or liaison experience in a corporate or regulatory environment is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
