Dana Asia seeks a highly skilled Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and risk management across its entities. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, financial compliance, and risk management principles.

This role is responsible for ensuring the proper management and reporting of the Social Business Fund. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Regulatory Compliance and Governance: Ensure all Dana Asia entities comply with relevant regulations, including ACFID, ACNC, and local requirements.
  2. Social Business Fund Oversight: Manage loan disbursement, repayment tracking, and impact measurement processes. Oversee fund allocation for various projects, ensuring compliance with donor agreements and internal policies.
  3. Reporting: Prepare compliance reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance, risk management, or governance, preferably in non-profit, financial, or investment sectors.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work remotely and autonomously.
