Remote Technical Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Technical Support Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients via phone, chat, or email.

  • You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Your ability to document customer interactions accurately in the system will help us improve our support processes.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.

Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior call center experience is essential, with a focus on remote work-from-home settings.
  • A typing speed of 20+ WPM and high-speed internet connectivity are also mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) are preferred.
