Lead Designer Position

  • As Lead Designer, you will oversee the entire design lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that every aspect meets the highest standards of quality and usability.

  • Take ownership of visual design, working in tandem with development teams to bring designs to life.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a lead designer or equivalent role, preferably in digital product design.
  • Exceptional understanding of human-centered design principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
