Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Logistics Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for pursuing and developing senior-level stakeholder relationships, managing strategic sourcing projects, and providing industry and supplier research to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue and develop senior-level stakeholder relationships at priority accounts and support account stakeholder relationship plans.
  • Develop strategic category plans to identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities in spending across a wide array of leading companies.
  • Strategically and effectively manage all elements of interaction and collaboration, performance, risk, and innovation with third-party providers.
  • Lead strategic sourcing projects, including strategy development, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations, and supplier contract execution.
  • Provide industry and supplier research, market intelligence, and financial analyses to clients.
  • Support the development of market insights from cross-client sourcing activity and collaborate with the Procurement Category function.
  • Promote corporate objectives and change initiatives, ensuring that the sourcing team supports overall company direction and growth.
  • Actively manage agreements throughout their lifecycle from contract setup to administration, management, and termination.
  • Mentor the sourcing team on stakeholder and project management, with a focus on collaboration, customer focus, delivery excellence, continuous improvement, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Develop client category structure for monitoring, tracking, and governance around spend and function performance to ensure stated contract benefits are realized and costs are transparent.

☐ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any course.
  • With at least 8-12 years of experience in procurement and logistics.
  • With at least 5-10 years of experience in managerial role.
  • With stakeholder management experience.
  • With experience in handling international clients.
  • Amenable to work on-site.
  • Willing to work in a BPO company.
