Job Description

As a key member of the Shopee team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on managing the performance of hub leads and area fleet leads within your assigned region.

You will work closely with these teams to ensure that each hub is meeting agreed-upon standards and that procedures and regulations are being enforced across all assigned hubs.

Your duties will also include dispute resolution, both within and outside of the team, as well as leading team briefings and regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and progress.

In addition, you will be responsible for continuously improving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.

To achieve this, you will need to work effectively cross-functionally and lead a team that can grow and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in FMCG or 3PL environments.
  • Proven leadership experience, having held a leadership role in a division or team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, particularly in performance management.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality principles/best practices is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening and escalation skills.
  • Able to manage teams remotely and possess high-level problem-solving skills.
