Job Description

We are seeking an IT asset management professional to oversee the lifecycle of technology assets across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory using asset management systems.
  • Oversee procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of IT assets.
  • Ensure software licensing compliance and mitigate risks related to audits.
  • Work with vendors for purchasing, renewals, and returns of IT equipment and software.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to asset utilization, depreciation, and compliance.
  • Keep updated documentation on asset-related policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Assist in internal audits and support other teams with asset-related queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ITAM tools and databases.
  • Understanding of IT hardware and software basics.
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in procurement or IT operations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
