Head, Data Processing Department

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the overall operations of the team for designated centralized processes. This includes ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with governing policies and procedures throughout the life cycle.

Main Duties:
  1. Maintaining, developing, defining, and improving CPD's project governance and transformation model.
  2. Reviewing, revalidating, and evaluating activities of the department to ensure the integrity of the overall model is maintained. Reporting and providing recommendations to Division Head and Group Head.
  3. Providing leadership and assistance to team leads and members as well as other CPD partners.
  4. Ensuring an effective benefits realization process is in place for projects and processes within the department.
  5. Evaluating department performance and recommending strategies for performance improvement.
  6. Identifying business needs and opportunities, establishing business priorities, and allocating resources to maximize business efficiencies.
  7. Ensuring BCP, audit, and compliance requirements are met.
  8. Driving continuous improvement through training initiatives and process improvement.
