Job Title: Social Media Content Associate

Fuel ShopBack's growth by creating high-performing ad creatives that drive outcomes for the US market. This role involves partnering with internal design teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to ensure a constant flow of engaging content across Google, Meta, TikTok, and beyond.

This associate will play a key role in shaping ShopBack's brand presence through innovative and data-driven content strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing, with a proven track record of producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.

The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple creative streams at once, stay ahead of UGC and short-form content trends, and work collaboratively with various teams to achieve business objectives.
