Key Responsibilities

As a Compliance Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting legal correspondence such as basic memorandum of agreement, contracts, board resolutions, certifications, affidavits, advice, and other documents relevant to the job.
  • Providing administrative assistance such as answering phone calls, organizing office files, and monitoring account status regularly.
  • Engaging with clients in responding to their queries, concerns, and needs.
  • Performing duties which may be assigned by the Managing Partners and their Immediate Supervisor from time to time.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
  • With or without working experience.
  • High Interest/Passion to work in the Legal industry.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Positive Character traits and Good Work Ethics.
  • Strong personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines.
  • Proficient in Office Productivity Software like MS Office, Google Drive etc.
  • Analytical mind with Problem-solving skills.
