Job Overview

The organization seeks a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operational processes. This role involves supervising inventory levels, minimizing discrepancies, and ensuring accurate stock counts.

Developing and implementing inventory planning strategies to meet demand while minimizing holding costs is also an essential aspect of this position.

A key responsibility will be streamlining workflows across departments to improve efficiency and productivity.

The successful candidate will negotiate carrier rates and manage relationships with logistics partners.

This individual will establish and implement new operations systems and processes.

Operational data analysis will identify areas for improvement and cost reduction, and lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record in inventory management and optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development
