Main Responsibilities:- You will work closely with new hires to ensure they understand the I-9 process and complete the necessary paperwork.
- Manage the I-9 process, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Meet with new employees to complete section 2 of the I-9 Form, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees with questions or concerns regarding the I-9 process.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and auditing I-9 forms and related documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
- Log I-9 audit and E-verify results into our internal systems, monitoring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Submit the I-9 form to E-Verify and follow up with employees on any verification issues.
- Use multiple communication channels to resolve I-9 verification issues, providing top-notch customer service.
- You will perform E-verify processes on new hires and rehires, verifying their employment eligibility.
- Collaborate with our recruiting and HR teams to refine the onboarding process, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Stay current with company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
