Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to provide exceptional support across multiple online stores.

As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service via email and live chat, managing orders, returns, refunds, shipping, and administrative updates with accuracy.

You will also need to investigate product enquiries using fitment guides and brand resources, apply goodwill gestures in line with customer satisfaction guidelines, and maintain up-to-date records across systems and processes.

Collaboration with the onshore Customer Service team is also essential, where you will escalate complex issues as needed.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via email and live chat.
  • Manage orders, returns, refunds, shipping, and administrative updates with accuracy.
  • Respond to product enquiries using fitment guides and brand resources.
  • Investigate 'Where is my order?' queries, including follow-ups with shipping providers.
  • Apply goodwill gestures, such as credits, in line with customer satisfaction guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date records across systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with the onshore Customer Service team, escalating complex issues as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in an online retail environment. You must also possess excellent written English skills and proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM/ticketing systems.

Additionally, you will need to demonstrate proactive follow-ups, maintain clear and accurate documentation, and work efficiently under pressure to meet KPIs.
