Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:30 AM - 03:30 PM)
Job Overview:
As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create/Change/Remove user accounts
- Manage Security and Group Policy changes
- Administer networking services including router and switch administration, connectivity and internet settings
- Configure Email services, creation, settings and troubleshooting
- Manage Office365 services including creating new accounts, users, settings and administration
- Set up SharePoint permissions to files/folders for users and troubleshoot OneDrive issues
- Troubleshoot general issues surrounding unavailable services, printing, performance etc.
- Enrolment into Microsoft Intune and associated devices to Azure and local domains
Requirements:
- Microsoft certifications and working knowledge of ITIL
- Assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally and written
- Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across numerous enterprises is essential
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LAN and WAN networks would be an advantage
- Proven ability to work across teams, and to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and staff
