We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive business growth through innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Developing and maintaining process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories
  • Facilitating discussions between business and IT teams to ensure alignment of goals
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who is able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
