Backend Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of the backend team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend systems to support diverse product offerings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and implement APIs for seamless integration. Your expertise in high-performance backend applications and services will drive the development of scalable solutions.

In this role, you will optimize existing backend services for performance and scalability, ensuring the security and integrity of data through best practices in database management.

Additionally, you will lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Your technical expertise will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for improving our tech stack.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in backend development with strong focus on server-side architecture
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby)
  • Extensive experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
