Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Digital Media Buyer. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, Reddit, and others.

About the Role
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational knowledge of digital advertising who is eager to grow their expertise in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You will work closely with our Director of Digital Media Buying to help execute media strategies, test creatives, analyze performance, and contribute to the creative process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution & Support:
    • Assist in launching, monitoring, and maintaining campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms.
    • Perform daily account checks to ensure campaigns are pacing correctly and meeting performance goals.
  • Optimization & Testing:
    • Help optimize budgets, bids, and audience targeting under direction and with clear guidance.
    • Support A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, headlines, and landing pages.
    • Contribute to testing strategies and analyze results to inform ongoing performance improvements.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal creative teams to brainstorm and provide feedback on ad concepts.
    • Help source and organize creative assets for testing and campaign use.
  • Data & Performance Analysis:
    • Assist in pulling reports and compiling performance insights using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and spreadsheets.
    • Track key metrics and support the team in generating weekly and monthly performance summaries.
  • Technical Setup & QA:
    • Support pixel implementation, conversion tracking (via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.), and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
    • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all campaign links, UTMs, and tracking parameters are properly implemented.
  • Research & Learning:
    • Stay updated on digital advertising trends, emerging platforms, and competitor campaigns.
    • Participate in team training sessions and take initiative to grow platform expertise.
