Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As a seasoned leader, you will drive quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices for all projects.
- Drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
- Monitor automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
- Review test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.
- Maintain and enhance the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
- Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
- Proactively identify gaps in quality processes and lead initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices.
- 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
- Development and execution of test plans and scenarios
- Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework
- Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms
- Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
