Senior Software Development Engineer - Test

We prioritize delivering high-quality software by integrating quality into every stage of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Our Senior Software Development Engineer - Test drives this goal through requirements definition, dependency analysis, test creation, and release.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with development and product management teams. They should also be adept at identifying and proactively seeking opportunities to augment team and framework capabilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Generate detailed reports of test results and errors detected.
  2. Establish priorities and plan thorough tests of system requirements.
  3. Document system functionalities in both the quality control process and software development cycle.
  4. Effectively communicate issues with the appropriate level of urgency.
  5. Develop automated test scripts for rapid testing and software delivery.
  6. Identify opportunities to enhance team and framework capabilities.
  7. Collaborate with development and product management teams to drive comprehensive requirements for system enhancements and new features.
  8. Analyze end-user requirements to create and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases.
  9. Execute manual and automated test cases, debug, detect errors and/or possible improvements, document them, and follow up for resolution.
  10. Detect, reproduce, and report defects and verify fixes.
  11. Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  12. Represent the end user to developers to ensure requirements are met.
  13. Propose improvements in both the quality control process and software development cycle.
