Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled VAT Associate to join our team.

  • Part-qualified or working towards a professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in UAE VAT or tax-related role
  • Good knowledge of Tax, Financial Accounting, and Compliance matters
  • Experience in financial advisory and other related financial services and products.
  • Compliance with tax laws and obligations
  • Setting standards of performance
  • Producing ideas for clients and the department
  • Personal standards including commitment, attitude, appearance, and contribution
  • Excellent Client interface at all times
  • Proficient in English

Key Responsibilities
  • Support VAT return preparation and submission
  • Assist in VAT registration and deregistration
  • Maintain accurate client VAT records
  • Prepare VAT refund and penalty reconsideration applications
  • Review client documentation for UAE VAT compliance
  • Respond to client queries under senior tax staff guidance
  • Stay updated on UAE VAT rules and practices
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams for financial data
  • Participate in VAT knowledge enhancement trainings
  • Perform duties as directed by the VAT Manager
