Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled Production Artist Virtual Assistant to provide custom design services for products such as murals, wallpapers, pillows, and blankets.

Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite will be essential in creating digital files tailored to customer specifications. You will collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work while maintaining color accuracy and consistency across different materials and printing processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare digital files for various output methods, meeting specific production standards for print, web, or other digital platforms.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring correct formatting, versioning, and accessibility for projects.
  • Implement precise color management techniques to ensure consistency across different materials and output processes, and perform pre-press checks for flawless reproduction.
  • Execute layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral, adhering to brand guidelines and optimal readability.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from project specifications.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or higher education qualification.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
