Cloud HCM Technical Lead

This position is responsible for leading the technical development of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

  • Mentor and conduct technical design and code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Implement new features and functions within Cloud Saas and PaaS environments to enhance existing Oracle HCM Products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop applications, utilizing expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, data loaders, and Fast Formulas.
  • Develop and maintain project standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM and proficiency in Oracle BIP and OTBI Reports.
  • Knowledge in JIRA, Agile delivery/Scrum methodology, and ability to work on shifting schedules as needed.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM Core HR, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, HR Helpdesk, Compensation, Benefits, and Cloud data model.
