Job Title

Senior Technical Writer is responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining internal and external knowledge base content. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, Customer Support, Rev Ops, and Customer Success.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, snippets, and internal enablement docs.

  • • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to understand new features and translate technical detail into clear customer-ready content.

  • • Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve internal workflows.

  • • Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content.

  • • Conduct recurring content audits to ensure the KB remains accurate, current, and discoverable.

  • • Mentor junior writers and share best practices for technical writing, SEO, and AI adoption.

  • • Drive the creation and execution of release notes and documentation plans tied to product launches.

  • • Provide training/reference content to accelerate onboarding and upskilling of internal employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CMS platforms, analytics dashboards, and structured authoring systems. They should also be proficient in Git, HTML, and docs-as-code.
