A critical role in our organization is that of a Content Strategist who will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent storytelling skills, have experience in managing brand accounts on various social media platforms, and be well-versed in creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement a social media strategy that supports our brand goals and values. Identify new opportunities and trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Content Creation: Plan, produce, and post high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. Leverage our video work to create reels, BTS snippets, teasers, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Community Management: Build relationships with our followers and industry peers by actively engaging in comments, messages, and tags. Create a sense of community around our brand voice and projects.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track performance, analyze engagement data, and adjust strategy based on results. Present monthly reports with insights and actionable takeaways.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our production, design, and creative teams to align content with upcoming shoots and campaigns. Coordinate with clients and collaborators to cross-promote video projects and highlight key wins.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the media, video, or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of social algorithms and trends, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft sharp, engaging copy.
  • Organized, self-directed, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
