  1. A background in Human Resources, specifically in Total Rewards and Payroll Management, is necessary.
  2. Flexibility and adaptability to change are vital qualities for this role.
  3. This position demands independence, resourcefulness, and strategic thinking.
  4. Detailed-oriented skills, especially with words and numbers, and analytical skills are required.
  5. A minimum of 1 year of related work experience is essential.
  6. Ability to start ASAP is desirable.
