We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to lead website and design projects from strategy to delivery.

  • Lead web redesigns and deliver high-performing design solutions with best-practice UX/UI.
  • Balancing hands-on design work with guiding the project direction and supporting the team when needed.

This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including complete website redesigns, high-converting landing pages, and brand refreshes. You will also collaborate directly with clients through workshops to define project requirements and strategy.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in execution, genuinely creative, and fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Business Suite. They will have experience in Brand Design and Uplift (style guides, visual guidelines).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or media organization with a focus on design implementation for diverse clients and styles.
  • Proven UX Research & Strategy experience (Wireframing, User Flows, Prototyping, Information Architecture).
  • Understanding of content marketing design principles.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize time for yourself and a team to meet deadlines.

Benefits: This is a remote position with overlap during UK working hours, requiring approximately 48 hours of work per month. There is potential for growth to a full-time role based on performance.
