Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience. This includes addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly, enhancing product listings and content, and collaborating with internal teams to develop concepts and promotional strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website upkeep, and associated sectors.
  • Proficiency in content, product, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and understanding of non-technical SEO best practices.
  • Proficient in operating Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, reaching at least B2 proficiency.
  • Strong abilities in copywriting and editing.
  • Experience utilizing Google Analytics for project management and reporting purposes.
  • Well-versed with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Understanding of CSS Media queries.
