About the Role
The Enterprise Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing client acquisition strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the manpower and recruitment industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of manpower services.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve the agency's offerings and client engagement processes.
- Collaborate with the management team to forecast revenue and set performance goals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong understanding of the manpower and recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
