About the Opportunity

Seamless communication and data management are key to success in this role. As a Student Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and team members. Your primary goal is to ensure that everyone feels supported and connected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, delivering high-quality research findings, reminders, updates, and other relevant messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research: Conduct thorough analysis and recommend schools that best match client profiles, utilizing a data-driven approach. Research and summarize college application requirements, summer programs, extracurricular activities, and other relevant opportunities.
  • Information Management: Collect, organize, update, and maintain comprehensive client information, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of all data handled.
  • Logistics and Administration: Coordinate office activities, handle client communications, direct inquiries, and provide administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences and contexts.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing strategic solutions.
  • Proficient in productivity software, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, and similar business tools.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple demands and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with diverse children, teenagers, young adults, and their families in educational or community settings.
