- Create financial reports, including monthly reports and daily reports, to ensure timely and accurate data dissemination.
- Reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions in accounting records to bank statements, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Assist with audits and fact-checking to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Update financial records and maintain the ledger, ensuring that all entries are accurate, charged to the correct accounts, and accompanied by sufficient backup documentation.
- Ensure compliance with government mandated remittances and maintain monitoring of liquidations of cash advances.
- Responsible for the accuracy and timely processing of cheque voucher printing.
- Provide reports as required by Finance management team.
- Record entries prepared by treasury for daily collection list and ensure that vouchers, journals, and other pertinent documents are filed in an organized manner.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
