Tamaray People Solutions Shared Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and performing account reconciliations.

Your key responsibilities will include processing invoices and receipts, preparing payroll, and assisting with HR-related transactions. You will also be responsible for managing physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and properly stored.

As an Accounting Clerk, you will work closely with our accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients, suppliers, and staff regarding financial matters.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with previous experience in accounting or administrative support (3 years experience is required). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also necessary, as is familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).

You will be working in a collaborative environment, where excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are also required, as well as organizational and time management skills.
