Seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to maintain financial records and bookkeeping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare and present financial reports and statements to management
  • Monitor property-related expenses and income
  • Organize and maintain all financial documentation
  • Communicate directly with management on financial matters
  • Manage bookkeeping for multiple properties across the US

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably with a real estate or construction background
  • Proficiency in accounting software and remote work tools
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
