Job Title: Financial Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of financial tasks, including budget preparation, financial reviews, and report generation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
  • Analysis and interpretation of financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Management of cash flow and account reconciliations.
  • Coordinating and liaising with external auditors on audit queries.
  • Providing guidance and support to business leaders on financial matters.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in finance or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
